Welcome back to L'Actu de L'Édu if you haven't been following during the summer. This is the first post of the new school year. I usually post something a bit earlier, but I've been busy preparing something about which I'm pretty excited: Penncrest French Online.
We have our first course (Français I) up and running in it's 1.0 version and we have at least 1 student enrolled starting next week. Currently, we are using this course as an option for students who wish to take French, but cannot fit it in their schedules. However, the possibilities for the ways in which French online can bring the language and culture to the Penncrest community are many and varied.
I'm going to post a few screenshot to give you an idea of what it looks like. What you can't experience is the video and audio that is attached to the different lessons in order to help with comprehension and pronunciation.
